Two newcomers who fell for the valley.
We moved here from the coast a few years ago and fell for the green hills and the long views at every turn of the road.
One of us loves bringing tired old rooms back to life, and the other spent years running small shops. Together we turned a worn farmhouse into the inn we always wanted to stay in.
The house is spotless and the hosts could not have been kinder.
The property
Two acres of quiet.
A stone path leads from the porch past the greenhouse to the dining room, with its wide pine floorboards worn smooth by a century of boots.
The reading room has soft sofas and a wall of books, games and puzzles. Settle in with knitting, a novel or new friends.
