What we repair

The calls we take every day.

Urgent repairs

Split pipes, backed up mains, a heater spilling water across the garage. We pick up at any hour and come with the truck stocked.

Drain clearing

Kitchen, bath, laundry and floor drains cleared with the right cable or jetter, and a camera when we need to see what is down there.

Leak finding

Hidden leaks behind walls, under slabs and along supply lines, traced with listening gear and moisture meters before anything is opened up.

Toilets

Running, rocking or weak flushing toilets repaired, or replaced with a water saving model that still clears the bowl in one go.

Faucets and showers

Drips, low pressure, worn cartridges and loose handles fixed, or a new faucet set straight and sealed tight.

Disposals

Jammed or humming disposals freed and repaired, or swapped for a new unit when the old one is done.

Signs your main line needs a look

When one slow drain is really a bigger problem.

  • Several drains slow down at the same time
  • The tub fills a little when the toilet flushes
  • A sewer smell around floor drains
  • The toilet gurgles after the washer empties
  • Soggy patches in the yard on dry days
  • Small flies hanging around the sink drain

After-hours calls

Same rate at 2 a.m.

Pipes don't wait for business hours, so neither do we. A night or holiday visit is billed exactly like a weekday one.

We put down floor covers before we walk in and take every scrap of old pipe with us when we go.

Good to know

A question we hear a lot.

What should I do first when a pipe bursts?

Close the main shutoff valve, usually where the water line enters the house or near the water heater, then open a faucet on the lowest floor to drain the pressure. Switch off power to any outlets near the water, move what you can off the floor and call us. Knowing where your shutoff is before you need it saves a lot of damage.
