Utilities and the garden
Everything is included.
The rent covers all utilities: electricity, water, heat and cooling. Weekly or monthly housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
The suite faces our garden, where lilacs bloom in spring and the roses take over in summer. A stone path leads to the garden gate and to the porch of the main house.
The open plan has a full kitchen at one end and the bed at the other. A grocery store is a few minutes on foot.

We do not ask for a year-long lease. The suite is rented month to month. No smoking and no pets, without exception.
Breakfast in the main house is not part of the suite rent. With a day's notice, suite guests may join the breakfast table at 8:30 for a small daily fee.
