I started as an apprentice and never left the trade.
I'm Lena Hartwell, and I run Clearline Plumbing. I spent my first years as an apprentice on a commercial crew, roughing in restaurants and office buildings, then moved into service work, where every day brought a different house and a different problem.
I opened Clearline in 2008 with one van and a simple idea: do the job right, charge a fair price and call people back. That is still how we work today.
